Parents are invited to participate in the CCRP meeting. During this meeting, counselors review the following: Progress Toward Graduation, current academic progress, course selection, post-high plans, and current student needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are specific days for each grade level when counselors will primarily take appointments for individual CCRPs. If you are unable to attend during the specified days, you can still make an appointment for later in the year. <a href=\"https:\/\/outlook.office.com\/book\/G42e5b85ad9af4fdf906f92b8bcdd79eb@graniteschools.com\/?ismsaljsauthenabled\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Here is the link <\/a>to make a CCRP appointment with your counselor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seniors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12th Grade CCRPs will begin in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">September<\/span>. Counselors will be in English classes to provide a pre-CCRP presentation in November.
