Weekly update 1-27-19

January 27, 2019 by J. Etherington

This is our update for the week of January 27.

  1. This is a regular week. Early day is on Friday.
  2. PTA is sponsoring the Souper Bowl of Caring campaign again this year. This supports the Granite Education Foundation and Granite school food banks. We will be doing penny wars again. Each grade level will compete with other grade levels to raise money. Add pennies to your grade’s bottle to earn points and add silver coins and bills to other grades to make them lose points except on Friday when all money will add points. Thank you for being generous.
  3. On Thursday, the food bank will again make a delivery. If you are not interested in accepting food, please tell you student to tell the teacher “No, thank you” when the cards are passed out.

Thank you.
