Updates from Upland
Hello Everyone!
We hope you are all having a wonderful “spring” in spite of the snow. We’re looking forward to some time off during spring break and can’t wait to hear about everyone’s fun adventures. As you know, spring break is April 7th – April 11th. We will return to school on Monday, April 14th.
End of Year Testing
When we return to school from spring break, we will be in full swing with our end of year testing and/ or preparations for testing. This means that we need all of our students in attendance with a good night’s sleep and a hearty breakfast. PTA Fun
You can view the attached April PTA newsletter to see what’s coming for the month of April. The biggest event happening is our art night. Our students have been working hard with the help of amazing Art Adventure volunteers, all year long. We’ve been storing up their projects and want to share them with you. Art Night will be a gallery walk format. Each classroom will have their art projects displayed outside of their classrooms to be viewed by all. Join us anytime between 5:00 and 7:00 that night and then go and enjoy some Handel’s ice cream as it’s our spirit night that night. View the attached flyer for more information.

PAC Study Information
Julie Jackson, our school board member, has asked to come speak with our school community council to get some of her questions answered. We will be holding this meeting on April 15th at 4:00. This is also another chance to provide Julie with the list we’ve compiled as to what makes Upland Terrace so great. Hope to see you there if you can make it! I will also send out a Teams online meeting link on this day for anyone who cannot attend in person.
