Hello everyone,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are this week’s updates from Upland Terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kindergarten Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are now enrolling kindergartners for the 2026-2027 school year. If you live outside of our boundaries, you will need to fill out an open enrollment permit. That permit application can be found on Granite School District’s website. If you live within our boundaries, you can just stop by the office between 8:30-4:30 and fill out a registration card. To make this step even easier, we have sent a kindergarten registration card home with all of our students. If you need one, check your student’s backpack. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

School Musical<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our production of Finding Nemo Jr. will happen on February 4th, 5th<\/sup> and 6th<\/sup> at 6:00pm. Tickets went on sale last week. The general admission section is assigned and open to anyone! Please purchase Finding Nemo Jr. tickets<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parent-Teacher Conferences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our SEP (Student Education Plan) conferences will be on February 9th<\/sup> and 10th. Your student’s teacher will be sending you a sign-up soon, so be on the lookout to sign-up for a time to discuss your child’s progress. This is a wonderful time that allows everyone to get on the same page and work toward our common goal of supporting our students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Library Message<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hey everyone! There’s still time to sign up to help in the library next week! Here’s a little more info: This month’s Battle of the Books theme is Sports. We’d love for some volunteers to join us in the library to read a book and lead a simple and fun workout with a class. This workout could include stretching, yoga, meditation, light aerobic activity, etc. and should last for about 10 minutes. The book, Michael Phelps: How to Train with a T-Rex and Win 8 Gold Medals will be provided for you. You’re also welcome to share a fun athletic experience or story of your own with the class.

We’d love to have a visitor in each class if possible. Please feel free to sign up for more than one slot if your availability allows. Younger siblings are always welcome. Thanks so much!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
