FTE: Plans were presented to cover the reduction of staff that is required in the 2015-16 school year. One plan was to have only one teacher with a 4th/5th grade split or to have the three teachers do the 4th/5th grade split with the Coach assisting in the coordination of the curriculum and behavior plans. There is a prosposed stipend in the Trustlands for Teacher assignments.
It was proposed that the three Teacher 4th/5th split be implemented. Vote: Unanimous.
Trustlands-email the plan for the next year and return with comments as soon as possible. There will be a teacher stipend that will added to assist in the training and planning for the teachers who will be doing the 4th/5th split.
Vote to write draft of land trust approved. 5/ 1 absent consent by phone.
