Parking/Drop -off/Pick-up – My favorite topic! It’s a nightmare…we understand. However, your cooperation will make the difference. Children line up at the back of the building. You may use (1) Vista Park (East of the playground), (2) the Catholic Church across the street to the west (they will cross with the crossing guard), (3) the North Zone (as long as you don’t block in busses or parked cars), & (4) the South Zone. If you need to come into the building, please use a parking stall. *Please have your child use their class doors to enter the building.
Visitor’s Pass – All visitors need to check in and out at the office for a pass. We care about your child’s safety! If you do not have a pass visible, an adult may stop you and ask you to return to the office.
Teacher Access – Please make an appointment to visit with your child’s teacher. They will not have time to chat once the bell rings and it’s time to begin class. Please respect their teaching time. It benefits your child!
Attendance & Tardies – School begins at 8:40. If they arrive after that time, they will need to check in at the office. Tardy minutes count for attendance.
Check-Out – Present ID at the office and sign out your child. The secretaries will call them down.
Dress Code – Please – no spaghetti straps, tank tops, short shorts, no bellies or back ends showing, no baggie jeans, not exposed underwear, and no graphic representation of violence, alcohol or weapons.
Shoes – Students will be asked to wear appropriate footwear, especially on PE days. The point is to keep them safe and toes protected!
Communicating with your child – We cannot interrupt class to please make arrangements for after school plans before they leave home. We cannot accommodate the individual calls to deliver messages to your child unless it is an emergency.
