Student Drop Off Time

As we enter the coldest part of the year, we want to remind all of our wonderful Vista parents that the drop off time for students in the morning is 8:00 am.  We know that schedule conflicts may occasionally require for students to be dropped off a minute or two earlier, but we strongly encourage all parents to ensure that students arrive after 8:00.  It is too cold for them to wait outside, and there is no adult supervision for them to wait inside or outside of the building.  Even if teachers are inside the building, they have many demands on their time in preparing for the day and are unable to provide this supervision.  Students who eat breakfast at school should also plan to arrive after 8:00, as that is when the cafeteria will begin serving breakfast.  Thank you for your help in keeping our Vista lions safe, warm and healthy this season!
