APEX Legends Fun Run is an excellent opportunity for parents and community members to make a big difference in classrooms! Ten percent of all donations made in a classroom go directly to the teacher to fund class projects or materials. Our amazing Vista teachers have already started planning projects that they would love to do if their classes reach their donation goals.
After the kickoff assembly today, students will bring home their APEX Legends Fun Run access codes on the front of their pledge packs to use as they gain sponsors for the Fun Run. Parents and friends can pledge money for the Fun Run as a simple donation or per lap, whichever is more convenient (a $30 donation is considered to be the same as $1 per lap). Donations are made by visiting www.apexfunrun.com and entering the access code found on the pledge packet.
The actual Fun Run will be held on Wednesday, March 8th and will follow this schedule:
8:45-9:30-6th Grade
9:30-10:15-5th Grade
10:15-10:45- Kindergarten (AM)
10:45-11:30 – 2nd Grade
12:30-1:15 – 4th Grade
1:15-1:45 – Kindergarten (PM)
1:45-2:30- 3rd Grade
2:30-3:15 – 1st Grade
All Fun Run donations must be turned in by Thursday, March 16th.
