We will be holding SEP conferences on Feb. 7-8. Please take this opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher either on Zoom or in person. The directions for making an appointment are attached to this post. The SEP conference Scheduler, pickAtime, will open to parents on Jan 24th at 3:30 pm. Please contact the school if you have any questions or need assistance.

Instructions:
- An email address is required to set up an account as well as your student’s ID number. If you made an account last September, you can use the same account.
- You will see two options for Vista when you begin making your appointment. Be sure to choose Vista virtual if you’d like a Zoom appointment, and Vista in person if you’d like to meet at the school in person.
- If you choose a virtual conference, you’ll receive a confirmation email which will contain the Zoom link for your conference, please save this for your reference.
- If you do not have an email or student ID please contact the office for assistance at 385-646-5067.
