Vista Literacy Night

6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Come learn fun ways to help your children improve and support their reading skills. Students must attend with an adult. The following sessions will be offered:
- DYAD Reading – Strategies for reading at home
- SORA (Granite’s FREE online library)
- Accessing Granite’s portal, reading and math programs from home
- Create a bookmark
- Reading games
- Social/Emotional books and activities
- Spanish reading and resources/ Lectura en español y otros recursos
Please sign up by Friday, February 25, 2022, using the survey link or QR code:
You will rank the sessions from 1 to 7 with one being your top choice. We will do our best to have you attend your top 3 choices. However, due to space and COVID guidelines we will limit the number of people in each session.
Our community partner, Grifols will be providing one pizza per family to take home at the end of the Literacy Night.

Venga a aprender formas divertidas de ayudar a sus hijos a mejorar y apoyar sus habilidades de lectura. Los estudiantes deben asistir con un adulto. Se ofrecerán las siguientes sesiones:
- DYAD Reading – Estrategias para leer en casa
- SORA (biblioteca en línea GRATUITA de Granite)
- Acceso al portal de Granite, programas de lectura y matemáticas desde casa
- Crear un marcador
- Juegos de lectura
- Libros y actividades sociales/emocionales
- Lectura en español y otros recursos

Clasificará las sesiones del 1 al 7 y una de ellas será su mejor opción. Haremos todo lo posible para que asista a sus 3 mejores opciones. Sin embargo, debido al espacio y las pautas COVID limitaremos el número de personas en cada sesión.
Nuestro socio comunitario, Grifols, proporcionará una pizza por familia para llevar a casa al final de la Noche de Alfabetización.
