Vista Families,
We have started registering Kindergarten Students for next year. If you know of anyone in the neighborhood with a child that will be 5 on or before Sept. 1, 2022, please let them know that we are accepting registrations.
Required:
1. Birth Certificate with date of birth prior to 9/1/2017
2. Immunization Records
3. Proof of Address in Parent/Guardian’s name within Vista’s boundaries.
4. Parent/Guardian’s photo ID.
We are registering students 9-11 AM Monday-Friday. Call the office 385-646-5067 if another time is needed.
