Parents need to enable students to get to school on time in the morning. Students must have a note or be accompanied by a parent when they enter the school in the morning if a tardy is to be excused. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tardy expectations are as follows: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tardies are school-wide, not per class<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every term is a fresh start on the tardy policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consequences may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Unexcused Tardy<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Consequence<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>3<\/td><td>Warning &#8211; Given admit to class<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>4<\/td><td>Call\/message home\/informed of consequences for next tardy<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>5<\/td><td>Contract signed by parent and student<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>6<\/td><td>After school detention (ASD)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>7 or more<\/td><td>Peer escort\/community service\/suspension- parent must return with student for conference<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 5-minute passing time is sufficient for students to arrive on time.
