Students may not attend school without current immunizations<\/strong>. All incoming 7th graders<\/strong> and all 8th graders new to West Lake STEM<\/strong> must provide proof of immunization before attending school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8th Graders who attended West Lake STEM last year DO NOT<\/strong> need to provide immunization documentation and can proceed to the next page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be an Immunization Clinic<\/strong> for junior high students on Tuesday, August 11th<\/strong> from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
