We are excited to have you in Granite School District and look forward to a fantastic school year for your child. The following will help you understand the registration process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>REGISTRATION INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1 to enroll for Kindergarten. (Utah Code 53G-4-401)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will need to make an appointment with the office by calling 385-646-5102.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>You must bring with you the following:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Child&#8217;s Birth Certificate<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parent\/Guardian photo ID<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proof of address (rental agreement or mortgage statement<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Child&#8217;s immunization record or exemption form<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Immunizations must be up to date<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>5 &#8211; DPT<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>4 &#8211; Polio<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 &#8211; MMR<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3 &#8211; Hep B<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 &#8211; Hep A<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 &#8211; Varicella<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have questions about registration, please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/schoolleadership\/school-registration-information\/\">Granite School District Registration Site <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome!
