Granite School District provides two educational programs for youth transitioning back into mainstream education; YESS Transition and Support Classroom and YESS Granger High Classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REFERRAL PROCESS FOR ENROLLMENT:<\/strong> The referral process for a YIC student must be initiated by the school\u2019s YIC advocate or mentor<\/strong>. Because they work closely with the student, they are familiar with the interventions that have been implemented at the school, the level of support provided, and whether those interventions have been effective. This information is essential to ensure that referrals are appropriate and that next steps are based on the student\u2019s documented needs and progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
