Eight months after the STEM school was named, the students of Armstrong Academy were ready to make history. Each student arrived at school on Friday prepared to cast a vote. Although parents and other community members were encouraged to help with the brainstorm, the students alone made the final decision.
The runaway winner tips its hat to Neil Armstrong’s famous words upon landing on the surface of the moon: “The Eagle has landed!” We are now the home of the Eagles!
