Last week marked the second (and final) SEP conferences of the year. I was (once again) astonished by the fabulous support our students have from their teachers and parents. Thank you for your dedication and focus on making the Armstrong experience so powerful for each student. The collaboration between school and home is absolutely pivotal at facilitating meaningful student learning.
The next leg of our school year is one of the most powerful stretches for students to make great gains. At home, please continue to discuss the goals addressed during your recent parent-teacher conference. Also, with the kick-off of our upcoming Armstrong Games, we’ll send home additional information regarding an individualized learning goal for your student. Please place that in a prominent place in your house (the refrigerator works well at my house) and discuss it frequently during the intervening weeks.
We hope these next few months are the best part of the year. Thank you again for all your support.
