As summer quickly approaches, the minds of students and parents alike are already hard at work brainstorming what they’ll do with some of the extra time they’ll have on their hands. Above all, be safe and have fun! Summer is a great time to enjoy family and friends and an easier pace. After that, we’ve got some great ideas for how you might have a fabulous (and still educational) summer. The focus of this upcoming ABC News will be to show how these activities (and more) work. Don’t miss it:
- Armstrong Reading Blast Off – This is an activity that continues right through the summer. And, students don’t have to wait until the fall to collect their badges. Most days, Mr. Howe will be here to give students their rewards.
- Play Unplugged – The lanyards that came home last week are part of a district-wide endeavor to pursue digital-free activities.
- Daily Puzzles – Each day, on the Armstrong website, students can participate in our daily STEM puzzles. They have to pass off each one to earn the code for the next one. Should be fun!
