The Armstrong Science Fair is right around the corner. On Thursday, January 29th, students can show off their science skills with the school-wide event featured in the gym. Our 3rd-6th graders are all participating, and all students in our K-2nd grades are invited to participate as well. Parents can see the great work the students do by coming to the Science Fair gallery that afternoon.
The best science fair projects are those that are exciting and interesting to the student. This is a fabulous opportunity for all Armstrong Eagles to pursue something that interests them or makes them wonder. In many ways, the science fair captures the approach we strive for at a STEM school to allow students to ask their own questions, investigate, and share their answers much like happens in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields.
Although the school-wide event will take place on January 29th, each grade level or teacher may have a more specific timeline or set of instructions. Make sure to coordinate with your teacher to know what is expected. Have fun!
