“Everybody in this country should learn how to program a computer . . . because it teaches you how to think.” – Steve Jobs
The 2015 Code Club is about to begin. In December, every student at Armstrong got a taste of what coding is like when we participated in the worldwide “Hour of Code.” As we did last year, we want to follow up with the launch of the Code Club. The Code Club will meet each Friday morning at 7:30 and is open to students in grades kindergarten through sixth. Students will participate in a variety of online and unplugged activities to learn to think like a computer thinks.
Students will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis as space allows. Sign up with the online application.
