Registration at Neil Armstrong Academy is now open for the 2015-2016 school year. You should have received a copy of your student’s registration card from last year in an email. If you have not, please contact Mrs. Stutz at aastutz@graniteschools.org to request a copy. Rather than fill out a whole new form, please review the information on last year’s card to verify that everything is current and provide corrections using the form below.
After updating your student’s registration card and signing off on the registration documents (all done online), you’ll only need to come on August 4th (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to provide an updated proof of residence* for the new school year. This can be a utility bill such as the electric, gas, garbage, or water bill (Unfortunately, the phone or cable bills do not qualify as proof of residence, nor do bank statements). A lease or mortgage agreement is also a valid proof of residence.
If you cannot make it on August 4th, you can come another day. However, your student will not be registered for school until the office has received a copy of your proof of residence. The office is open from 8:00 AM until 4:30 most days.
*If the proof of residence is not in the name of the legal guardian of the student, you must complete the “Affirmation of Residence” form with a notary.
