It’s that time of the year again, Parent Teacher Conferences. We will be offering a virtual Zoom meeting option. We highly encourage any families coming in for an in-person conference to wear a mask and limit the number of people attending. Once again, we will be using a different website to sign up for your parent teacher conference. Please follow the directions below and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to call our front office for help.
Getting Started
You will need:
- Student ID (9 Number)
- Student Birthdate
- Your email address
Directions
- Sign Up Window: January 26th – February 2nd
- Click the Online Scheduler link on this page: https://pickatime.com/granitesd or click the SEP schedule icon of the school website.
- Follow the directions to “Create Account”.
- Select your school category:
- Bennion Elementary – Monday, Feb 7, 2022
- Bennion Elementary – Tuesday, Feb 8, 2022
- From here you will be able to see your child’s teacher and available time slots.
- All conferences will be held virtually, via computer. If you need to make other arrangements please reach out directly to your child’s teacher.
- If you have multiple students, you will notice a space to the right where you can put in their Student ID and Birthdate, this allows you to view multiple schedules at the same time.
- Once you’ve submitted your appointment you have the option to print the scheduled appointments and set an email reminder.
- We are hoping that this new system will make it easier to schedule appointments.
