Dates: February 10 & 11

Time: 4:00–6:00 p.m.

Note: If your child is currently enrolled at Brockbank, Magna, Pleasant Green, Lakeridge, or Elk Run—you do not need to register!

New student registration requirements:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Proof of address in guardian’s name
• Picture ID of guardian
• Legal docs/IEP/504 (if applicable)
