I made this short video to help you know our procedure when students are inside in the morning before school. If it is currently raining or snowing, it is below 20 degrees, and/or the air quality is in the dangerous range, students should come in before school. There will be a big “IN” sign at all of the outside doors to help you know when they should be inside. If students come before 7:50, the go into the computer lab as that is where we have adult supervision. If it is after 7:50 or the lab is full, then fifth and sixth grade students go into the cafeteria and all kindergarten through fourth student go into the gym and sit where they would sit during an assembly. We have several adult there to help students who don’t know where to sit and to supervise. Teachers have reviewed the procedures with their classes, but sometimes little ones forget. I hope this helps you in getting your students where they need to be on inside mornings. Thanks.
