Our school year is off to a great start! We have some big news to share:
- Parent-teacher conferences are THIS WEEK (Sept. 19th & 20th). Please make an appointment to meet with your child’s teacher. Our school goal is to meet with 100% of our families.
- Thursday, Sept. 21st is an EARLY OUT DAY and there is NO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY, SEPT. 22nd. (Our teachers get a rest day after working late on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.)
- Flu shots are available during conferences. Please take advantage of this opportunity provided by Community Nursing Services. Hillsdale will receive $2 for every flu shot given! Protect yourself and your family from the flu and help the school, too!
- Last, we heard some EXCITING NEWS last week about our school’s breakfast and lunch program. Hillsdale has received a grant allowing ALL STUDENTS FREE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH! No lunch money needs to be paid for the remainder of the school year. We are so happy to provide free meals to all of our Hillsdale students.
