Dear Patrons,
At the end of school today we briefly locked classroom doors and delayed student dismissal for student safety due to a student situation that was escalated. We are working hard to help students regulate when they are upset. The time of this occurrence conflicted with school dismissal.
Some of you may have seen and heard parts of this escalation. Please know that we have a plan in place that will be implemented to keep our building and students safe on Monday morning. I am not able to give the specific details of this plan due to privacy rights of students involved. I appreciate working together as we find ways to help all student be successful at school. Please reach out with questions or concerns you may have. We are a team in supporting your students.
