School Title I Goals

Each year, our school conducts a needs assessment, reviews student performance data, and solicits input from various stakeholders in order to develop a meaningful Title I Plan. This plan is data-driven, evidence-based, and responsive to findings from data reviews, needs assessment findings, and stakeholder input. The school comprehensive Title I plan articulates how evidence-based strategies, action steps and milestones will support the goals listed below.

Goal One

25-26 Academic Goals:
1. Increase RISE scores for 3rd- 5th grade on Math, ELA, Science. We have hired paras for additional support and a full time interventionist.
2. EOY Acadience Reading assessment data will increase by 2% in Kinder-2nd grade.
3. EOY Acadience Math assessment data will increase by 2% in Kinder-2nd grade.

Goal Two

25-26 Social Skills and Dispositions Goals:

  1. Peer Respect: By the end of the 2025-2026 school year, the percentage of students will report that they are respected by other students in the school community will increase by 2% from 55% to 57%. Peer Respect was at 55% at Spring Panorama Survey.
  2. Chronic Absenteeism: By the end of the 25-26 school year our number of chronic absenteeism students will be reduced by 5%. By May of 2025 we had 110 students on our chronic absenteeism list. Chronic absenteeism means missing more than 20 days in the school year.
  3. Behavior: By the end of the 2025-2026 school year, there will be a 10% reduction in the overall number of major office referrals compared to the number that occurred during the 2024-2025 school year. By May 2025, we had 200 major office referrals.

Goal Three

25-26 Talent Development Goal:

  1. Professional Learning Goal: 80% of teachers will follow our master schedule and implement Tier 1 quality instruction. We will measure this goal with quarterly data, teacher surveys, and observation data.
  2. Coaching Goal: There will be at least 6 interactions a month including a pre coaching conversation, coaching event, and debrief. These coaching cycles will support our Tier 1 goal.
  3. In 80% of the instructional weeks during the 2025–2026 school year, each grade-level team will engage in at least one data-focused PLC a week to analyze student learning evidence, identify trends, and plan instructional responses.
