The following are considered non school items: cell/ smart phones, iPods, Game players, MP3 players, toys, etc. These items can be distracting and disruptive to the learning environment. Students are expected to have all non school items turned off, and put away before entering any classroom. If an item is seen in class or in the halls during class time in use, it will be confiscated by staff members and held for the remainder of the school day. If the same item is confiscated a second time it will be turned-in to the office and a parent/guardian must come to school to reclaim the item. Parents are encouraged to have their students keep all non school items at home. The school and its personnel are not responsible for and will not investigate any theft or damage to these items.
