Principal’s Message

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and were able to spend some great time together with family and friends.  School is back in full swing and teachers always feel that January through March are some of our most productive times to teach.  Please make sure your child is at school and on time every day if at all possible.  New material is presented every day and past material is reviewed to help build understanding and long term learning.  Work sent home as make up work helps, but does not replace the instruction that is missed when a child is absent.  We will soon be initiating a new program, Attendance Works/Every Day Counts, which will emphasize the importance of regular attendance.  Please watch for upcoming information regarding issues affected by poor attendance.
