Friday Early Out Schedule Change

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Starting second semester which begins January 17^th, the schedule for ALL EARLY OUT DAYS WILL BE CHANGED pending school board approval. This change will affect all elementary schools in Granite School District as per a state audit that found our district needs to increase instruction time by 10 minutes per week.

Here is the new schedule for ALL early out days starting January 20^th:

Grades 1—6 (and All Day Kinder): 8:10—12:50 (tardy bell at 8:15)

K—a.m.         8:10—10:15 (tardy bell at 8:15)

K—p.m.         10:45—12:50 (tardy bell at 10:50)

Thank you for taking the time to make needed arrangements with daycare, etc. to ensure a smooth transition to this new schedule.
