Many important things going on the next two weeks of school. Report Cards go home today and you may begin signing up for SEP conferences on Jan. 26th. Here are some other important things to note:
- Souper Bowl of Caring Begins Jan 23rd and Ends Feb. 3rd: Competition among grade levels over the next 2 weeks to bring in cans of food or quarters ($$$) to support the Granite Education Foundation. Winning grade level gets a prize!
- Jan. 25th Mobile Food Pantry @ 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. (all families invited to get a free bag of food provided by Utah Food Bank)
- Jan. 26th Online Scheduler opens for parents to sign up for SEP conferences which will be on Feb 13th and 14th. Go to school website to sign up! Please call the office if you need help.
- Jan. 27th Science Fair assembly to announce winners @8:45. Parents welcome.
- Jan. 30th National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) test for randomly selected 4th graders today during school. DO YOUR BEST 4th GRADERS!
- Feb. 1 Gifted Testing K-2
- 29 hour Recess Coach needed for next school year. Will start this year and work in partnership with Coach Blake and Playworks as soon as we can find you!
- Lunch playground supervisor needed for up to 2 hours per day 11:00—1:00
- Parent Leadership Conference at Cottonwood High on Saturday, Jan 21st 9:00—noon. All invited!
- KUED Family Science and Math Night on Thurs. Feb 9th at 6:00. Pizza dinner provided. Please watch for more information in our next Thursday note.
