SEP conferences were a great success. We have almost made our goal of 100% family attendance. Thank you for signing the commitment paper at conferences. We are a team working to achieve the best for our children. Education matters. It is the key to their future.
Please look at the Smart Smiles flier sent home with children today. Sign up for this great free dental service that will come to our school on a regular basis this year as long as we have at least 100 children participate.
Our next Community Council meeting is Oct 11th at 4:00. Attached are the minutes from our last meeting. We will be reviewing our Land Trust final report at our next meeting and consider ways to get more business partners for our school. We will also discuss the school safety plan and how to improve it.
Finally, we thank our PTA once again for a great book fair and vision screening day. Please join PTA. This is membership drive month. They have some great incentives to join. It costs only $5 per family.
