CODE-A-THON FRIDAY—Students learned more about computer programming as a possible future career during our annual Hour of Code event on Friday. We will post photos on our website for you to enjoy soon. Coding is such a great way for kids to learn problem solving and higher order thinking. Ask your child to tell you about this event!
Our traditional December family activities are all noted on the Family Engagement Center calendar and the webpage calendar. PTA is sponsoring another great craft night and photos with Santa on Dec 17th. That same night PTA will also open the Elf Shelf store where your children can purchase small gift items for friends and family. Watch for more details to come. And of course, you are all invited to our holiday Sing Around on Dec 20th. Performances at 8:30 and a repeat at 2:00. That same night, Dec 20th at 5:30 will be the first grade performance of December in our Town.
We love this season of thanksgiving and sharing and caring. It continues to be a great honor to serve as the principal of this amazing school community.
