Granite School District has partnered with the Salt Lake County Health Department to provide a free rapid COVID testing site available to students and families Monday through Friday.

• Jefferson Jr. High School Community Center (Old Seminary Building) – 5850 S. 5600 West
• Monday-Friday from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m.
• No appointment necessary
• All testing is free

The testing clinic will provide rapid antigen tests and PCR tests. Rapid antigen results are available within 15 minutes, but are not recommended for people without symptoms. PCR test results are typically available within two days or less, and are the most reliable COVID test.

Adults getting tested will need to sign the Release of Information form.

All those getting tested will need to register with the Salt Lake County Health Department. We highly recommended registering for your test before you arrive at the facility. You may register directly using the links listed below:
