Book Fair Huge Success

Learn an Instrument After School
Academy Park Students demonstrated several string instruments during an assembly to promote learning to play an instrument after school. Riverton Music provides the instructors. Parents provide the instruments or they can be rented from Riverton Music. Scholarships for lessons are available by request from the principal. Otherwise lessons cost $130 for the year. SEP conferences are quickly approaching. They are scheduled for Wednesday, Sept 21st and Thursday, Sept 22nd. First Week Signs of Success
Lots of smiles on faces suggests that the first three days of school were a great success! We taught a few new lunchroom procedures to encourage more eating and less talking.
