Parents,
You can now schedule times for the virtual Parent Teacher Conferences on September 28th. Appointments will begin at 3:30 and end at 6:30.
To schedule an appointment, you will:
- Go to the following website: https://pickatime.com/GraniteSD/BennionJr.
- Click Login/Create Account and fill in all the boxes.
- Select the school category (Elementary, Junior High, High School).
- Select Bennion Jr. High from the list.
- You will enter your student’s student ID and birthdate.
- Choose virtual for service from the list.
- Select September 28, 2021.
- You will see a list of all your student’s teachers. Choose which time you would like to meet with each teacher.
Each teacher is color coded to help you know which time is for which teacher. - Once you click on a time slot, it will take you to a new screen. If that time is correct, you will click Create Appointment.
- Once you have created the appointment, you will be brought back to the main scheduling screen where you can create another appointment.
- If you have other students that you need to schedule, you can add them on this screen by typing in their student ID and birthdate.
