Dear Students and Guardians,
The policy for elective class schedule changes at Bennion Jr High will be adjusting for the 2024-25 school year. Schedule changes will only occur during the first week of each semester, August 14-23, 2024 (1st semester) and January 7-10, 2025 (2nd semester). Students will be required to attend their scheduled classes the first two days of the semester, after school on the second day they may start requesting schedule changes. Please note, students will not be able to change out of full year electives in January. School Counselors will do their best to accommodate schedule change requests but may not be able to meet every need based on class sizes and when classes occur. Schedule changes will not be made to accommodate a lunch change, align your schedule with friends, or teacher change.
Schedule change requests must be made by filling out a request through the following google form (enter link to form).
- First Semester
- Form opens 3pm on August 15, 2024
- Form closes 4pm on August 19, 2024
- Second Semester
- Form opens 3pm on January 9, 2025
- Form closes at 4pm on January 13, 2025
Schedule changes requested after the dates above will require administration approval following a parent/teacher meeting.
