College and Career Readiness Plan (CCRP)
It’s time to start planning for your student’s future! We are excited to invite you and your student to schedule a College & Career Readiness Planning (CCRP) meeting with their school counselor.
A CCRP meeting is an opportunity for your student to meet with their counselor and:
- 🎓 Talk about the transition to junior high
- ⭐ Discuss their interests and abilities
- 💭 Talk about their dreams and goals
- 🚀 Explore opportunities available to help them reach their goals
CCRP meetings with parents will take place during September and October.

The CCRP sign-up form will close on September 25, so please be sure to schedule your student’s appointment before this date.
