For students who are new to the area or previously attended a private school, charter school, home school, or online school; enrollment and registration will be done in person with the Counseling Center August 4th and 5th from 7:30-2:00 PM. To schedule an appointment please sign up through the following beginning May 30, 2025.

Please use the School Search map to verify that your address is within our school boundaries. Granite School District and Utah State Law require that you present these personal records for enrollment: 

  • A current utility bill or Mortgage/Lease Agreement establishing your proof of residence within the school boundaries (no cell phone bills). 
    • If the proof of residence is not in the name of the legal guardian of the student, you must complete the “Affirmation of Residence” form with a notary. 
    • Not required for those attending on an approved Open-Enrollment Permit. 
  • Birth Certificate 
  • Immunization Records – Current immunization record 
    • Students will not be allowed to attend without current immunizations.
  • Checkout form from the Previous School – (not required if enrolling before the start of the current school year). 
     

All required registration forms must be completed on the Parent Portal (after you have enrolled at the school

If you already have a Parent Portal Account Set Up 

  • Parent Portal Log-in (need your students ID 9 number) 

If you need to create a Parent Portal Account

After registration on the Parent Portal is completed, click on the schedule tab (top left corner) for your students class schedule. Please note schedules are subject to change up until the first day of school.

Use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page to proceed through the registration process. If you have any problems or questions, please call the main office at (385) 646-5114 beginning August 2, 2023 from 8:00-2:00. 

In this registration process, you will: 

✓ Set up a Parent Portal account (if you do not currently have one) 

✓ Provide proof of required Immunizations 

✓ Complete Safety Forms (Technology, Head Injury & Bullying) 

✓ Complete Permission for 7th Grade Vision & Hearing Screening Form if applicable  

✓ Complete a Student Emergency Contact Information Card (Registration Card) 

✓ Pay basic Registration Fees (Unless applying for a FEE WAIVER) 

✓ Apply for Free and Reduced Lunch (Not part of the Fee Waiver)
