2025-2026
- School Plan / Final Report
- Funds received: $48,236.08
- Funds used for: 1. We will hire four or five paraprofessionals for Golden Hour interventions in small groups in K-5, with teacher supervision. The paraeducators provide structured support in reading to students with struggles in reading, under the supervision of a teacher. 2. We will provide literacy kits to grade level parents after instruction at school. This year, GSD provided literacy and math kits for parents to use with their school-age children. Parents and students met during school on a short day and received instruction on how to use the two kits. The plan is to sustain momentum and to extend the use of learning kits to other grades in both subject areas. 3. We will hire 2 or 3 paraeducators to help with math instruction, under the supervision of teachers in classrooms (K-5).
