Registration & Enrollment

Registration is for all students attending Hillside Elementary. Enrollment is only for students who are attending Hillside Elementary for the first time. Hillside Elementary is utilizing Granite School District’s online registration program.

• 1st Grade – 6th Grade
• Kindergarten
• Pre-Kindergarten

1st Grade – 6th Grade

If your student ended last school year attending Hillside Elementary, your student is already enrolled at Hillside. Each school year, students must go through the registration process.

Enrollment (1st – 6th Grades)

Enrollment is for all new students. Skip this step if you ended the last school year attending Hillside Elementary. New students must come to the school to complete the enrollment process. When you come to Hillside Elementary to enroll your new student(s), you must bring the following items:

1. Photo ID of parent or guardian enrolling student.
2. Student Birth Certificate
3. Proof of Current Immunizations
   • Utah Immunization Record pdf (links to health department)
4. Proof of residency (only one)
   1. Current gas or electrical bill dated within 60 days.
   2. Current Mortgage or Lease Agreement
5. Complete Hillside Enrollment Form
   1. Download form below and bring to school with you or we will have you fill this out when you come enroll at the school.

Registration (1st – 6th Grades)

All students must register every school year. Registration is online only.

Kindergarten

All Kindergarten students must go through enrollment process and registration process.

Enrollment Kindergarten

Enrollment is for all new students. All Kindergarten students are considered new students. New students must come to the school to complete the enrollment process. For Kindergarten students enrolled prior to start of school year, Kinder testing will occur. When you come to Hillside Elementary to enroll your new student(s), you must bring the following items:
