Credit Recovery
Credit recovery allows students to retake or complete courses they did not pass in order to earn the credits needed for graduation. Courses are completed through Edgenuity, an online learning program that helps students review and master required course material.
Need to start credit recovery?
Cost
$25 per credit – for credits being made up during the same year the credit was not earned
$45 per credit – for credits being recovered from a previous year
How to Enroll
1. Bring the completed referral form to Ms. Jordan in Room B202 to begin the program.
2. Speak with your counselor to receive a Credit Recovery Referral Form.
3. Take the form to the Accounting Office to make your payment.

- Monday–Thursday after school until 3:30 PM

Programs
- Granite Connections Online Courses. Go to the Granite Connections website, print and complete the form, then return it to your counselor to be registered. (NCAA approval varies)
- Granite Connection High School Testing Center Demonstrated Competency Assessments. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Call at (385) 646-6042. (not NCAA approved).
- Credit Recovery at Hunter High School. After school Monday through Thursday from 2:20 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Cost is $45.00 per quarter credit. See your Counselor for referral. (not NCAA approved).
- Summer Credit Recovery at Hunter High School (Pending for 25/26 school year). See Counselor for referral, cost and information. (not NCAA approved).
- Brigham Young Independent Study program. Visit elearn.byu.edu for more information on classes, costs and availability. Phone number is 1-(800) 914-8931. (not NCAA approved).
- Northridge Learning Center – Independent Study Packets. Cost $65.00 each. See your counselor for more information. (not NCAA approved).
