Welcome to Lake Ridge Elementary
Registration is now open. If you live in the boundary of the school or have been accepted on an open enrollment permit (Students who are outside of Lake Ridge Elementary boundary), you may now register.
You may complete registration online (linked below), but if you are new to the school, you will also need to come into the office to bring certain documents to the school to complete your registration.
These documents include:
- A current utility bill or lease agreement establishing your proof of residence within the school boundaries (not required for those attending on open-enrollment permit).*
*If the proof of residence is not in the name of the legal guardian of the student, you must complete the “Affirmation of Residence” form with a notary.
- Original birth certificate accompanied with parent/guardian ID
- Immunization records
Please still fill out the registration card below, and bring the necessary documents as soon as possible. Your student’s registration will not be complete until we receive them.
