Kindergarten Enrollment

Please bring the following required documents to the School office:

1.) Child’s original birth certificate.

2.) Immunization Records

3.) Parent or Guardian Identification:

•Drivers License or

•Passport or

• Work Visa, ect. or

4.) Proof of Residency:

• Utility Bill ( Water, Power, ect.) or

• Lease Agreement or

• Mortgage Statement or

• If you do not have any of these documents in your name come to the office for an Affirmation of Residence Form.

Once we have all the documentation then we can register your child.
