Registration at Pioneer Elementary will open on August 1st for the current school year. If you live in the Pioneer School boundary (PDF) of the school or have been accepted on an Open-Enrollment Application, you may begin registration at that time. Please contact the office for registration documents.
As part of the registration process, the following items are required when registering your child:
- Proof of Residence: We must have a current utility bill (not phone), mortgage or lease agreement. IF YOU ARE ATTENDING ON SPECIAL PERMIT you will not need this documentation.
- Child’s Original Birth Certificate: We will accept a photograph or scan of the original birth certificate. Hospital or church certificates are not valid for registration. If you do not have your child’s certified birth certificate, you may apply for one at:

If you don’t have one of the above mentioned items, please still fill out the registration documents and email the necessary documents as soon as possible. Your student’s registration will not be complete until we receive them.
