Events happening this month
This month of December, Taylorsville Elementary has been buzzing with anticipation for Christmas break. But before any of that happens, Taylorsville staff has planned fun activities for the month of December.
All classes have been practicing hard on their songs for the school sing-a-round on the nineteenth! (By the way, it’s at nine thirty.) By the way the other classes sound when we’re walking down the hall, our high expectations will be made this season!
Green day will be celebrating those who have been good this month with Mr. Curtis. We’re sure that it will be a lot of fun! The staff and PTA work hard to provide fun activities all month long to keep school happy, fun, and safe.
Earlier in the month, Mr. Meredith’s classroom was chosen to make Christmas ornaments for Zions bank’s Christmas tree. At the end of the day, willing pupils and tiger tunes students went to Zions bank and sang Christmas carols. Santa also was there to give candy to the kids that came!
Taylorsville Elementary hopes you have a merry Christmas and a happy new year! But just because we are going to be gone for a long time doesn’t mean we should forget the school rules! KHYFOOTY, be on task, use kind words, show respect, and live the seven habits! Have a great winter break!
