Samantha Broadhead

3rd Grade Teacher

Work Email: INTERNET
My name is Ms. Broadhead! My family has lived in Michigan and Texas, but we moved back to Utah when I was in 6th grade. I graduated from Riverton High School, and I graduated from college at BYU. I love art and any activity that lets me be creative. Some of my hobbies are arts and crafts, reading, writing, and playing video games. Since I am allergic to animals with fur, I have pet chickens at home. I love being a teacher, and I am so excited to be teaching 5th grade!

Work Email: INTERNET Website: Mr. Burnett’s Website
My name is Ed Burnett. This is my 10th tenth year at Taylorsville Elementary, and I love teaching third grade! I have a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Phoenix. I enjoy teaching because I want to make a difference in students' lives. This year we are focusing on increasing student self-efficacy to help them become more engaged in their learning. Between teaching and doing schoolwork, I like to hike, play pickleball, read, and enjoy traveling. I have one son who is completing his 3rd year in Nursing School.
