Week long theme and dress up days to celebrate Reading
- Monday (2/27) Dress up in crazy socks because Arcadia students are crazy for reading.
- Tuesday (2/28) Dress up in school colors (red and purple) to show that Arcadia students love reading.
- Wednesday (3/1) Dress up in a crazy hat or crazy hair to celebrate hats off to reading.
- Thursday (3/2) Dress up as a favorite Dr. Seuss character to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday.
- Friday (3/3) Dress up all American (red, white and blue) to celebrate our freedom to read.
On Monday & Wednesday – Community officials will come to Arcadia to read for 15 minutes in each classroom. Thanks to Taylorsville’s Mayor Overson, our Granite Police Department, our Taylorsville Firefighters, and Anna Barbieri from the Taylorsville City Council for coming to read to us!
Snuggle Up and read will be held on Thursday, March 2nd (Teacher choice as to the time).
