Welcome to Arcadia Elementary school (PDF), home of the Roadrunners, since 1967. We are located in the west-central area of Granite School District. Students promoted will attend Bennion Junior High (PDF) and Taylorsville High (PDF).

Arcadia Elementary School is a community where academic and social goals are to improve daily and become more capable, intelligent, and kind members of society.
School Wide Goals for 2025-2026
- K-3 Acadience Reading: 50% or more of students will score at or above benchmark by May.
- K-3 Acadience Reading: students at typical or above benchmark will increase to 65% by May.
- K-3 Acadience Math: 45% or more of students will score at or above benchmark by May.
- K-3 Acadience Math: students at typical or above benchmark will increase by 65% by May.
- Iready Diagnostic: 40% of K-5 students will make their annual growth by May.
- 3-5 RISE assessment: students scoring proficient (level 3 or 4) will increase
- ELA from 20% previous year to 25%
- Math from 16% to 21%
- Science from 18% to 23%
- Attendance will increase from 89% to 92% by end of year
- Teacher/Student positive relationships will increase from 64% to 74% by May

Bus Stops
The only students who qualify to ride the bus in out community are students who live south of 5400 South and Special Education students. All other students are expected to walk or have a ride.
For qualified students please download the “Here Comes The Bus” App to know exactly when your bus will arrive. Available in Apple App store and Google Play.
- It shows the location of your child’s bus in real time.
- Provides arrival times for both home and school routes.
- Sends you a notification when your bus is near.

- Please visit the Transportation Department website for information on busing.
