***ATTENTION PARENTS*** Questions about the Resilient You Community Concert tonight at Taylorsville High starting at 7:00 p.m.? The following is an update on what you need to know:
- Students need to be in their seats by 6:45 p.m. in the auditorium.
- It would be nice if students wore school colors (Red, Purple & Black) or an Arcadia shirt.
- Students in Lego League, Choir or Band have the option of wearing their shirts.
- There will be a seating chart (attached).
- Please look for the signs indicating where your child’s grade level is.
- Students will sit in the middle of the auditorium by class and grade level and parents will be seated on the sides.
- Parents need to make sure their child’s teacher (or the supervising adult) know they are taking their child home so all students are accounted for and not left behind.
- Parents, please emphasize to your child that s/he is the concert and will be performing on the stage with their grade level. We will practice today in an assembly but upon questioning some students, they indicated they didn’t know this.
I’m looking forward to this event and I hope you come and enjoy watching your child sing about resiliency and the social skills they are learning and practicing at Arcadia.
See you tonight! Matthew Graham, Principal, Arcadia Elementary
